Job Description :

SEO Analyst will work closely with Top Management to increase brand awareness, increase lead generation and ultimately to deliver sales to the business. They will work in close association with the other members of the Marketing team to help to drive effective end-to-end marketing campaign strategies. The work is varied and multiple projects/campaigns/ areas of focus will happen concurrently and therefore the ability to operate at this level is essential. Good work planning is a pre-requisite. Liaison with the brand owners in association with the marketing team will be required to ensure the campaigns meet with their requirements, are accurate and deliver a return on investment.


Responsibilities & Requirements Includes:
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and goals, and in doing so, create clear search engine marketing goals and implement strategic plans to achieve them
  • Create integrated search marketing plans and work closely with other specialists within the company to ensure best practice is being rolled out across the board e.g. Social Media, Website development
  • Provide full reporting and analytics on search campaigns and use the analytical findings to make key business decisions and further optimize future strategies
  • Optimized landing pages, conversion tracking, split testing Stay on top of current search engine news, trends, SEO practices and tools, and emerging items
  • Reviewing clients current website
  • Developing an optimization plan
  • Making changes necessary to the site and implementing the plan
  • Reporting on success and activity to clients
  • Liaising with management team
  • Website Analysis - Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to improved, deleted, revamped, etc.; prepare detailed SEO strategy reports
  • Keyword Analysis, Research & Copywriting: In-depth knowledge of keyword research. This includes knowing how to identify the least inexpensive, yet most profitable keywords for client
  • SEO Copywriting - This includes the aforementioned keyword research, as well as SEO writing guidelines, eg, where to place keywords in copy so that it gets the most SE traffic, how to write effective headlines and how to write effective call-to-action statements
  • Search Engine Guidelines - Keeps abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to run afoul of search engine guidelines
  • Requires to know the language of SEO, eg, organic search, PPC marketing, CTR, CPC, SEM, ROI, keyword density, long-tail keywords, etc.
  • be a self-starter; someone who doesnt require handholding. They should be able to assess a situation, develop a plan, get approval and run with it.
  • possess critical thinking and analytical skills. They should be able to readily identify problems and formulate practical solutions.
